The points you earn are subject to the MOC Restaurant Terms and Conditions and are subject to change or modification at any time. By registering for the program or starting to earn points, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions explain how to earn and redeem points and other benefits of the program. Terms

Here are some of the terms used in the text to help you understand the system better:

We refer to MOC Rewards, provided by MOC Restaurant, as the “system”.
Points earned through the system are called “points”.
Members who participate in the system to collect points are called “members”.
The member who is reading this text is referred to as “you” or “your”.
Our website, www.moc.sa, is referred to as the “website”.
This system is owned by MOC Restaurant.

System

We appreciate your joining the system. Please read all the details.

MOC Rewards card points registered in your account are considered the property of MOC Restaurant.

Earned points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for any amount or currency.

Points cannot be traded, pledged, bartered, licensed, or disposed of, and you may be legally prohibited from doing so.

Points are non-transferable. MOC Restaurant has the right to cancel any points that have been attempted to be transferred in violation of the terms and conditions mentioned.

Registration

You can register your MOC Rewards card by going to our website, www.moc.sa, and completing the registration process. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct, as they will be used for all future transactions in this system.

Gain points

• You will earn (1) point for every (50) Saudi riyals you spend on a single receipt when using your MOC Rewards card.

• MOC has the right to determine or change the terms and conditions that allow for point accrual at any time with or without notice.

• We will register points to your account when you use your card. We are not responsible for any delay or error in registering points to your account.

• MOC Restaurant has the right to terminate your registration for the program and cancel all accrued and registered points in the account for the following reasons:

• If the points are not issued, registered, or used in the account within the specified validity period of 12 months.

• If the point expires, it will be considered canceled or will be issued for any reason. These points cannot be reused within the system.
