النقاط المقدمة لكم خاضعة لشروط وأحكام مطعم موك وقابلة للتغيير أو التعديل وفقا لذلك. يعتبر التسجيل في البرنامج أو البدء في تجميع النقاط موافقه لكافة الشروط والأحكام. الشروط والأحكام تبين طريقة تجميع وإكتساب النقاط والمزايا الأخرى للبرنامج. للإستمتاع بكافة المزايا، الرجاء قراءة النص كاملا لمعرفة كل التفاصيل.

• المشتركين في النظام لتجميع النقاط يٌطلق عليهم “أعضاء”.

• المشترك الذي يقرأ هذا النص يُشار لهم بضمير”لك, لكم”.

• يُشار إلى موقعنا الإلكتروني www.moc.sa بمصطلح “الموقع”.

• يعتبر هذا النظام مُلك لمطعم موك.

نقاط بطاقة مكافئات موك والمُسجلة في حسابك تُعتبر من ممتلكات مطعم موك.
النقاط المُكتسبة ليس لها أي قيمة نقدية ولايمكن إستبدالها بأي مبلغ أو عملة نقدية.
النقاط لايمكن تداولها, رهنها, مقايضتها, ترخيصها أو التخلص منها, ويمكن منعك قانونيا من فعل ذلك.
النقاط غير قابلة للتحويل. مطعم موك لها الحق في إلغاء أي نقاط تمت محاولة تحويلها بشكل مخالف للشروط والأحكام المذكورة.

يمكنك تسجيل بطاقة مكافئات موك الخاصة بك عن طريق الذهاب لموقعنا الإلكتروني www.moc.sa وإكمال عملية التسجيل. الرجاء التأكد من صحة البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف حيث أنه سيكون بمثابة الدليل لجميع العمليات المستقبلية لهذا النظام.

إكتساب النقاط

• سيتم تكتسب (1) نقاط لكل (50) ريال سعودي تنفقه بالفاتورة الواحدة عند إستخدامك بطاقة مكافئات موك.

• تمتلك موك كامل الصلاحية في تحديد أو تغيير الشروط والأحكام التي تسمح بإكتساب النقاط بأي وقت مع أو بدون إشعار.

• سنقوم بتسجيل النقاط بحسابك عند إستخدامك لبطاقتك الخاصة. نحن غير مسوؤلون عن أي تأخير أو خطأ في تسجيل النقاط في حسابك.

• مطعم موك لها الحق في إنهاء تسجيلك للبرنامج وإلغاء كامل النقاط المُكتسبة والمسجلة بالحساب, للأسباب التالية:

• إن لم يتم إصدار, تسجيل أو إستخدام النقاط في الحساب خلال مدة الصلاحية المحددة وهي 12 شهراً.

• إذا أنتهت صلاحية النقطة, سوف تعتبر ملغية أو سوف تُصّدر لأي سبب. هذه النقاط لايمكن إعادة إستخدامها ضمن النظام.

The points you earn are subject to the MOC Restaurant Terms and Conditions and are subject to change or modification at any time. Points earned through the system are called “points”.
Members who participate in the system to collect points are called “members”.
The member who is reading this text is referred to as “you” or “your”.
Our website, www.moc.sa, is referred to as the “website”.
This system is owned by MOC Restaurant.

We appreciate your joining the system. Please read all the details.

MOC Rewards card points registered in your account are considered the property of MOC Restaurant.

Earned points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for any amount or currency.

Points cannot be traded, pledged, bartered, licensed, or disposed of, and you may be legally prohibited from doing so.

Points are non-transferable. MOC Restaurant has the right to cancel any points that have been attempted to be transferred in violation of the terms and conditions mentioned.

Registration

You can register your MOC Rewards card by going to our website, www.moc.sa, and completing the registration process. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct, as they will be used for all future transactions in this system.

Gain points

• You will earn (1) point for every (50) Saudi riyals you spend on a single receipt when using your MOC Rewards card.

• MOC has the right to determine or change the terms and conditions that allow for point accrual at any time with or without notice.

• We will register points to your account when you use your card. We are not responsible for any delay or error in registering points to your account.

• MOC Restaurant has the right to terminate your registration for the program and cancel all accrued and registered points in the account for the following reasons:

• If the points are not issued, registered, or used in the account within the specified validity period of 12 months.

• If the point expires, it will be considered canceled or will be issued for any reason. These points cannot be reused within the system.
